FREE FOOD, DRINKS, CONTESTS, GIVEAWAYS AND MORE!
All throughout the year of 2024, Security Skates Productions will be hosting twice as many Skate Meets at skate parks! That means 2 Skate Meets every month in the Los Angeles and Long Beach areas! With double the amount of meets at parks like El Sereno, Belvedere, Compton and Lincoln Long Beach on the target list, YOU can make it out to have some FUN AND SKATE!
In an effort to achieve skateboarding cultural enrichment in the Los Angeles area, the executive decision has been made to DOUBLE our directives, efforts and strategies at skate parks and skate meets throughout Los Angeles County. This means more opportunities will be made to network and collaborate with local skate shops and businesses along the mapped route. As well, this includes connecting with skateboarders at their local parks on a more consistent basis to help build a better sense of skate community among skateboarders and skate park goers.
This year is gonna be SICK! If you made it out to a skate meet in 2023 then you already know it's all LOVE and I cant wait to get back to the park with y'all! There are some BIG PLANS slotted for this year and I'm excited to get there and have some fun. Don't be shy, help yourself and say what's up at the next meet! STAY SAFE AND GO SKATE!

Founded in 2016, Security Skates Productions started as a simple skateboarding media production company by a skateboarder who envisioned a security based skateboarding company after working in the security industry for 3+ years.. Through visiting skate parks throughout Southern California and producing videos of skateboarding for social media, the love of skateboarding and skate parks was a prime motivator for continuing the vision. Within months of starting, Security Skates began hosting small skateboarding contest and skate meets in the Southeast Los Angeles County area and in 2019 continued into the High Desert Area. After three years of event and party planning in the cities of Victorville, Hesperia, Apple Valley, and Adelanto; Security Skates has returned to the Los Angeles area for 2023 to host skate meets at skate parks throughout L.A.!
Through utilizing free access of city skate parks to host skate meets and connect with local communities, we help raise awareness of how those who use the skate parks can connect with their local city government and parks departments to get more involved in the decision making processes that arise when maintaining a city skate park.

Due to rain and inclement weather on the original date of this Skate Meet, "HOLLENBECK HUCK IT!" was postponed to a week later! So when we showed up and finally got a bright sunny day to work with, the meet was on! All skaters got in on the free refreshments and it was a beautiful day to skate. When the Best Trick Challenge on the box started, there were 360 flips, back crooks, and alpha flips going down, but skater W took home some goodies for a manual to kickflip out! Once the kicker Best Trick Challenge started, it was an air show! Watch the full recap to see what went down! Much LOVE to Hollenbeck, it was an honor to get out and have fun with y'all!
A big THANK YOU to SKATE PARK RESPECT for teaming up with us on this clean up skate meet and jam! Plenty of skaters showed to help clean up the park and get in on the fun. Skate Park Respect was hooking up all skaters who helped out with all the gear they had out on their table! So cool to see the little skaters getting after it so we hooked up all the little ones putting in work including skater J who fought for a kickflip up a kicker for a fresh Security Skates deck! Keep an eye out for Security Skates and Skate Park Respect to be teaming up again! See y'all next time out at Belvedere!
It was so much fun to get back to Trinity skate park and let loose with some dodge ball at this Skate Meet! This small skate park was active on this warm Sunday, and it is always a privilege to hook up all skaters in attendance with some ice cold refreshments to help keep cool and skating. When it came time to get the dodge ball started, the smaller skaters got it started and everyone else joined in for a dodge ball battlefield! So cool to see everyone having fun and enjoying the vibes! Gotta love Trinity!!!
