FREE FOOD, DRINKS, CONTESTS, GIVEAWAYS AND MORE!
All throughout the year of 2024, Security Skates Productions will be hosting twice as many Skate Meets at skate parks! That means 2 Skate Meets every month in the Los Angeles and Long Beach areas! With double the amount of meets at parks like El Sereno, Belvedere, Compton and Lincoln Long Beach on the target list, YOU can make it out to have some FUN AND SKATE!
In an effort to achieve skateboarding cultural enrichment in the Los Angeles area, the executive decision has been made to DOUBLE our directives, efforts and strategies at skate parks and skate meets throughout Los Angeles County. This means more opportunities will be made to network and collaborate with local skate shops and businesses along the mapped route. As well, this includes connecting with skateboarders at their local parks on a more consistent basis to help build a better sense of skate community among skateboarders and skate park goers.
This year is gonna be SICK! If you made it out to a skate meet in 2023 then you already know it's all LOVE and I cant wait to get back to the park with y'all! There are some BIG PLANS slotted for this year and I'm excited to get there and have some fun. Don't be shy, help yourself and say what's up at the next meet! STAY SAFE AND GO SKATE!

Founded in 2016, Security Skates Productions started as a simple skateboarding media production company by a skateboarder who envisioned a security based skateboarding company after working in the security industry for 3+ years.. Through visiting skate parks throughout Southern California and producing videos of skateboarding for social media, the love of skateboarding and skate parks was a prime motivator for continuing the vision. Within months of starting, Security Skates began hosting small skateboarding contest and skate meets in the Southeast Los Angeles County area and in 2019 continued into the High Desert Area. After three years of event and party planning in the cities of Victorville, Hesperia, Apple Valley, and Adelanto; Security Skates has returned to the Los Angeles area for 2023 to host skate meets at skate parks throughout L.A.!
Through utilizing free access of city skate parks to host skate meets and connect with local communities, we help raise awareness of how those who use the skate parks can connect with their local city government and parks departments to get more involved in the decision making processes that arise when maintaining a city skate park.

It was an absolute PLEASURE to get to Monitor Skate Park for this first ever Security Skates Skate Park Clean Up and Skate Jam in partnership with the City of Los Angeles Office of Community Beautification! The goal was to get Monitor and the surrounding Watts Serenity Park cleaned up and through cleaning up trash, debris and leaves from those areas it was MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! Through connecting with local skaters and volunteers, problem areas were identified and reported to MY311LA for further maintenance. Thank you to all who helped make this happen and keep an eye out for more SKATE PARK CLEAN UPS coming in the future!

Michael K. Green Skate Park has been a favorite Long Beach park to skate since first skating there in 2016 so it was a privilege to get there for two consecutive skate meets in the month of September. At this second skate meet, it was fun to abort the skate race due to no skaters in attendance and skate! Skater J came through to have some fun so he got a fresh SECURITY SKATES DECK to take home! Thank you Green Skate Park, SECURITY SKATES STILL LOVES YOU!
