A Message from the founder
HELLO!
My name is Paul Ornelas and I have been a skateboarder for 23 years. I founded and created Security Skates Productions in 2016 as a skateboarding media outlet to showcase Southern California skate parks and skateboarding. After being invited to my first contest as a sponsor in Bakersfield, CA, I developed a passion for organizing skateboarding meets and events and after organizing my few first Security Skates events in the Southeast Los Angeles County area the vision for future events became more elaborate and entertaining. Flash forward to present day and Security Skates has hosted over 40 skate meets and events. I work hard to ensure everything done behind the scenes at SSP is done out of love and passion for the culture of skateboarding and feel truly blessed to get to enjoy it with you!
